The Alterna Sluštice project consists of a total of 54 houses. There are three types that prospective buyers can select from: two-level homes with floor areas of 120 m² and three-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts, and three-bedroom bungalows with usable areas of 100 m². Each house is extended by a garden with a terrace and all the plots have two parking spaces. The houses also come with a storage space accessible from the outside.
