Svoboda & Williams welcomed new colleagues as the summer season got underway. Practically each team acquired new members.
Svoboda & Williams’ Chief Operating Officer is Martina Hořejšová, a graduate of political science and international relations at the CEVRO Institute. Martina recently worked in PR and event management, especially in the cultural sector. She previously held a position at the National Gallery, specifically in fundraising and art supporter management. Martina speaks English proficiently.
Our residential rentals team grew by two new members. Anna Chibovská has a degree in social and media communication. Prior to joining Svoboda & Williams, she worked in HR and also has experience running an Irish pub in Brussels. Her adventures include an enviable climb to Mount Everest’s Base Camp. Anna speaks Czech, English, and Russian. Hired alongside her is Vitaliy Gritsenko, a graduate in business and management at Newton College in Brno. He also has a degree in marketing from the University of Finance and Administration. Vitaliy has been working in real estate for four years now and speaks five languages: Czech, German, Russian, English, and Ukrainian.
Matěj Klucký joined the commercial leasing team. After studying economics and management at the Masaryk Institute of the Czech Technical University, he worked in a BMW and Mercedes-Benz dealership. Matěj speaks English. Elena Hostýnková is a new addition to the residential sales team. A graduate in media studies, she also studied in Sweden and Denmark, where she successfully earned a degree in film studies at the University of Copenhagen. She later worked at Danish Documentary, the largest Danish documentary film production company. After coming home to the Czech Republic, she held a job in advertising. Elena speaks English.
The property management team welcomed Miroslava Šedá, who holds a degree in international relations and European law from the Metropolitan University in Prague. Besides property management, she previously worked as an operations manager at Škoda Auto. Finally, our new Digital Project Manager is Lucie Burešová. After getting her law degree, she worked in several law firms, in corporate finance, in the state administration, in the construction industry, and as a product manager in e-commerce. Lucie speaks English fluently.
