For the reconstruction, every effort has been spent to preserve the original elements or refurbish details that trace the building’s history. “Our goal was to make the house beautiful again and breathe new life into it. The building now offers residential housing and a range of services for both locals and visitors to Kašperské Hory,” says investor Petr Smětal. Attention has been paid to every single detail in Bílá Růže. “The interior hallway will have ornamental stucco and rosettes that have been removed from the facades. Electricity switchboards will be covered with graphic art that tells the story of the building,” explains Smětal.
