As part of an exclusive agreement, the Svoboda & Williams Commercial Leasing Team brokered the lease of 505 sq. m. of office space in the Trimaran building. The pharmaceutical company Gedeon Richter began leasing the space in December.
The multinational pharmaceutical company Gedeon Richter was founded in Budapest in 1901 and now has branches and production facilities all over the world. The company’s Czech headquarters were previously located in an office building in Prague 4 and one of the main requirements of the company’s management was to remain in this district, primarily due to its easy transport accessibility and good urban amenities.
“From the very beginning, the plan was to relocate Gedeon Richter’s Czech office to a more modern building that would better meet the company’s current demands for a high quality workplace. After considering several alternatives, they selected the offices in the Trimaran building,” says Petra Schinkmannová, Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who represented the client throughout the entire relocation process.
