The final approval of the four newly built apartment villas is fast approaching. Currently, the exteriors, common green areas, outdoor parking spaces, and the gated complex's private driveway are complete.

The Slávičie residences are surrounded by mature trees in a neighborhood with a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere.
