New Members of the Svoboda & Williams Team

Martin Pago, the new member of the Svoboda & Williams commercial rentals team, is an experienced property consultant who will be in charge of maintaining the existing as well as starting new relationships with landlords and tenants of commercial office space, chiefly in the Brno region. Martin Pago is a Brno-native who has worked for Cushman & Wakefield for six years and has also been a free-lance property consultant for a short time. In the past, Martin Pago was in charge of a Czech dealership of multiple Italian fashion brands and worked for IBM as an IT specialist.

Martin Pago studied at the Faculty of Business and Management of the Brno University of Technology, speaks English and Italian fluently and is conversant in German. His interests include sports (road-cycling, skiing and football), traveling and architecture.

Another reinforcement of the Svoboda & Williams team is Vanda Kučerová who joined the residential sales department to become its new junior consultant. Vanda is a graduate of the Masaryk University in Brno where she was awarded a Master's degree in law and legal science in summer 2013. Previously she graduated from the Secondary Grammar School of Matyáš Lerch.

Vanda Kučerová speak English and German fluently (she is a holder of the Deutsches Sprachdiplom – Stufe II certificate) and her interests include reading, sports (skiing, cycling and hiking) and theater.
