The 2nd annual Svoboda & Williams CUP, a charity indoor football tournament, organized by the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency, took place on Saturday, October 18 at the Sparta - Podvinný mlýn arena, located in the Prague quarter of Libeň. The winner of the travelling cup, which altogether 10 teams, representing important companies from the real estate field, fought for, was the team representing the Flow East company.
CZK 65 300 consisting of the voluntary contributions of the participating companies and of the charity raffle profits, will go to the Pink Bubble Foundation which supports children, teenagers and young adults fighting oncological diseases.
Teams representing LEXXUS, CBRE, JONES LANG LASALLE, CTP Invest, Cushman & Wakefield, CzechInvest, Flow East, Colliers International, CAPEXUS and the organizing Svoboda & Williams, played each other in two five-member groups during the tournament. Victory was celebrated by the Flow East team which beat the silver Svoboda & Williams team in a dramatic final which was decided by a single goal. The bronze medal went to CzechInvest who beat Colliers International during the penalty shootout. The best player of the tournament award went to Jaroslav Hlinka from the Flow East team while the award for the best goalkeeper of the tournament went to Aleš Zacha from CBRE. Both players received vouchers in the value of CZK 7500 for a weekend-long car rental with a full tank of gas.
Apart from football, the fans could enjoy refreshments provided by Prague Catering, hairdressing services from Agáta Hair Studio and the charity raffle with valuable prizes which included two more vouchers for weekend-long car rentals. Children had fun in the children's corner run by the Pididomek kindergarden and nursery. The raffle prizes as well as the prizes for individual players were kindly donated by Renocar, Kampa Group, Prague-Stay.com, Top4Football, La Cave d'Adrien, Lactalis, Hemingway Bar, M Spa by Pure Altitude, Agáta Hair, Prosek Bobsleigh Track, Jakub & Agata Hats, and Rabbit Guides.
