The apartment house is the result of the complete reconstruction of a family bed and breakfast with an almost 60-year history. It will offer 8 high-standard apartments with two-story layouts, parking spaces by the building, and cellar storage cubicles. The interiors of each apartment are cleverly designed to provide spaces full of light. The investor took great care to select quality materials and facilities—the minimum standard consists of a designer kitchen and built-in wardrobe by Konsepti. The Loxone smart home system, which can also be controlled remotely, adds another layer of comfort to the Na Klecandě project.
