Svoboda & Williams Gets Exclusive Instruction to Sell Ivanovice Houses Project in Brno

The project, whose architectural face has been designed by the Brno AEIOU + ADD studio, will consist of altogether 27 low-energy houses of three types. It will include detached houses, terraced houses and semi-detached houses, with 3 to 4 bedrooms and the possibility of clients' modifications. All three types of houses will feature two paved parking spots with the detached houses also featuring a parking garage for two cars.

The Ivanovice Houses residential project will be situated just a few minutes north of the Brno city center, in close vicinity of the Baba Nature Park, with which it will be connected via a walkway. It will feature the advantages of a traditional residential location as well as a high degree of privacy, clean environment, great opportunities for active relaxation and easy access to the Brno city center (by public transport and by car) and many other locations in the Czech republic as well as its neighboring countries (Svitavy feeder road connects Ivanovice with the highway network).
