Foundations for Barrandov Garden Residential Project Have Been Laid

The Barrandov Garden residential project will consist of design apartments with terraces and breathtaking views of the Vltava River valley. The units will feature one-bedroom to four-bedroom layouts and interior sizes ranging from 42 all the way up to 166 m2. They are situated in an architecturally sleek residence with an elegant entrance hall and an underground parking system. The garden surrounding the building will be based on the project by Flera Studio and will provide the future residents with both private “green rooms” reserved for undisturbed relaxation as well as common areas for meetings. The garden will also boast a grove with a campfire pit, a pergola, and a playground for children. The residence will stand in the slope of the Barrandov rock massif, within reach of the Chuchle Grove and will offer peaceful living in combination with quick and easy access to the city center of Prague both by public transport and car. The area offers an abundance of public services, such as schools, kindergartens, shops, banks and restaurants - all within close vicinity of the complex.
