Petra Schinkmannová Joins Svoboda & Williams's Commercial Leasing Department

Petra Schinkmannová worked in the field of T-Rep in the past, among others at the DTZ company where she was a Senior Consultant for over 3 years. She also worked as a Senior Office Agent for CBRE and spent almost 13 years working for Professionals, serving as the Head of Office Agency for 2 years.

Petra Schinkmannová's wide range of professional experience, good business relations with landlords, and knowledge of competitive environments will surely benefit the Svoboda & Williams T-Rep team, whose other members are Michael Hynšt and Dana Vančurová. Foreshadowing the strategy of the team, Schinkmannová says, "Apart from client representation in negotiations of the lease terms, we shall also offer them a complex solution to their property needs when it comes to all the aspects of real estate activities which Svoboda & Williams focuses on."

The Svoboda & Williams T-Rep is, for example, currently providing consultancy to the Lundegaard, Ltd. company, which is an important supplier of software solutions, and will exclusively represent it in the course of its search for a new headquarters as well as lease terms negotiations.
