Svoboda & Williams Launches Sale of Units in Brno's Milhouse Project

The Milhouse project, constructed by the T.E (Top.Estates) development group according to the Chybik+Kristof Architects & Urban Designers studio concept, is in the vicinity of Brno's city center at the intersection of Mlýnská and Masná streets. The southeastern orientation of the building will lead to a large supply of natural light in the interiors and – in combination with the used technologies – to low operating costs. The building thus clearly reveals the vision of the T.E development group which specialises in high-end urban housing that is at the same time energy efficient.
