Barrandov Garden: Rough Construction Completed

The project will feature peaceful, comfortable housing with a high level of privacy, situated within easy reach of nature. The residence, featuring impressive views of the Vltava River valley, an elegant entrance hall and an underground parking garage, will offer a total of 17 apartments with terraces, whose interiors have been designed by the renowned London Jestico + Whiles studio. The building is situated in a spacious garden with naturally full-grown as well as thoughtfully added trees and bushes, implemented according to a project designed by the Flera studio. Moreover, the garden will boast private “green rooms,” reserved for apartment owners, alongside common areas for gatherings, which will include a grove with a campfire pit, a pergola and a unique playground for children. The residence is situated in the slope of the Barrandov rock massif, in the vicinity of the Chuchle Grove, a location boasting excellent access to the city center of Prague both by car and public transport. Nearby surroundings of the complex offer a wide range of services and amenities, including schools, kindergartens, stores, banks and restaurants.
