In the Milhouse project, which offers attractive housing in a mixed-use building designed by Chybik + Kristof architecture studio, only 2 apartments are still available – both stylish two-bedroom lofts. The final approval of the project, which is set in the vicinity of Brno’s city center, is scheduled for August. The sale of the apartments in the building is being exclusively mediated by Svoboda & Williams.
The southeastern orientation of the building, shaped as an irregular pentagon, grants plenty of daylight in the interiors and - in combination with the used technologies - significantly contributes to energy-efficiency. Timeless, luxuriously implemented apartments with large-scale windows provide a premium standard of urban housing. The upper-floor apartments feature breathtaking views of the Brno-střed city quarter alongside Brno’s landmarks, such as the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul and the Špilberk Castle. Being the flagship of the project, the impressive loft apartments situated on the building's upper floors offer a true abundance of natural light and harmoniously styled, two-story interiors. Only two of these lofts (both with a two-bedroom layout - one 70 sq.m. w/ balcony, the other 90 sq.m. w/ 2 terraces) are still available.
Milhouse is located at the crossing of Mlýnská and Masná Streets, near a bustling business area and features excellent accessibility both by car and public transport. The up-and-coming surroundings of the building feature train and bus stations and a wide range of services including the Galerie Vaňkovka and Letmo shopping centers. Only a few minutes away from the building is a popular cycle route running along the Svitava River, continuing all the way to Vienna. According to the territorial plan, a park is to be built in the vicinity of the building. The Milhouse project is being implemented by the T.E Development Group.
