In August, Svoboda & Williams added a carefully reconstructed mountain hotel to its real estate portfolio. With large grounds that include building plots, the property can be used year-round. Its location in the eastern Krkonoše Mountains in the Pec pod Sněžkou resort makes the hotel a truly unique investment opportunity.
Built in 1930, the building was completely reconstructed four years ago, paying special care to preserve its traditional Krkonoše log cabin appearance. The building retains an old world atmosphere, while at the same time conforming to the standards of modern recreational facilities. All of the rooms are stylishly furnished and showcase materials used in historic mountain lodges, such as wood and stone. The common room with a kitchen and large fireplace is connected to a spacious terrace that offers far-reaching views of the mountainous countryside.
The hotel has new doors and hardwood floors, casement windows, wiring and thermal insulation, and bathrooms with quality sanitary ware. Its total capacity is 29 beds, a charming boutique size that also includes plenty of privacy for more demanding guests.
