Svoboda & Williams to Exclusively Offer Apartments in the BERLITA Residential Project in Beroun

The BERLITA residential project will have an enviable peaceful address right by the old walls that surround the city center and the confluence of the Berounka and Litavka rivers, after which the project is named. The apartment house will consist of two connected four-story buildings with a receding fifth floor. There will be 61 studio to three-bedroom units, including rooftop penthouses completed to a high standard.
