Only two attic apartments remain for sale in the Orelská 13 Residence—a completely reconstructed Art Nouveau building situated in the popular neighborhood of Vršovice. Both apartments will be sold in a premium finished standard that includes quality materials and many designer elements. They are the most generously apportioned units in the project.
The renovation of the building from 1911 also comprised the creation of a new attic floor that was designed to offer two atypical apartments with indoor galleries, one with a two-bedroom layout and the other a three-bedroom. The attic apartments were drafted by the renowned Rangherka 5 architectural studio and boast clever arrangements and a novel industrial style underscored by casement windows, exposed brick walls, a combination of metal and wood, and glass partitions that divide yet fluidly connect the various rooms.
The attic apartments also offer practical facilities, such as discreetly hidden air-conditioning, brushed smoky oak floors, design staircases, large-format built-in wooden cabinets and shelves, and a fully fitted kitchen with a stone or Corian worktop. Both apartments also come with terraces that face a quiet courtyard full of greenery. Another amazing selling point is that they have two bathrooms—one on the lower level and the other belonging to the master suite.
