Svoboda & Williams’ Commercial Leasing Team arranged the lease of 901 sq. m. of office space for OVB Allfinanz. The new Prague headquarters of this financial services consulting firm is now one of the buildings in the modern The Park administrative complex, which is situated in one of the most sought-after business districts in Chodov.
OVB Allfinanz is part of a European holding company operating in 15 countries around the world and has maintained an office in the Czech Republic for almost three decades. The company was one of the first to offer financial consulting services in this country. Until recently, its headquarters were located in Prague 4 close to Brumlovka, but the age and unsuitable layout of their offices started to become a hindrance to the expanding firm. “The new space reflects the image of OVB as a modern company. It also fully corresponds to current office trends, especially in terms of the location, which supports mutual collaboration and communication in a modern and comfortable environment,” says Miroslav Řezník, Chairman of the Board and CEO of OVB Allfinanz, a.s.
“In 2018, OVB Allfinanz’s management contacted us with a request to find them modern offices in Prague 4. We compared several options and eventually decided to offer them space in The Park business complex and the firm subsequently signed a long-term lease contract,” adds Petra Schinkmannová from Svoboda & Williams. The selected The Park office complex, managed by White Star Real Estate, consists of twelve buildings with a total area of 116,000 sq. m., surrounded by gardens and many water features. It also includes a central square with a café and a park. In addition to a timeless interior full of natural light, the offices are visible from the D1 highway and are conveniently located only a few steps from the Chodov metro station.
