In the middle of October, the Svoboda & Williams company launched the sale of the third phase of the Na Pramenech residential project. Eighteen houses have been added to its real estate portfolio, most of which are three-bedroom—the most sought-after layout.
Once completed, the Na Pramenech residential project will offer six types of two-story family houses, from the most spacious to the more affordably priced. The latter will be the most common layout in the third phase of construction. There will be a total of 15 efficiently designed Type B houses, which are the most in-demand and have already sold out in the previous two phases, as well as three larger four-bedroom houses.
Before the third phase receives final approval, a small shopping park will be built right next to the Na Pramenech residential project. These will be the closest civic amenities to the new houses.
The third phase will be move-in ready by the end of 2021. Currently, construction of the first phase has advanced significantly—outdoor work on most houses is almost finished and a large portion of the access road is completed.
