The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency acquired an exclusive instruction from the Pražské Rezidence development company to sell the apartments in the Italská 8 Residence—a reconstructed apartment house from the early 20th century. The building is located in a prestigious part of Královské Vinohrady between náměstí Míru Square and Riegrovy Sady Park.
The history of the apartment house on Italská 8 goes back to the early 20th century, when it was built according to the designs of the renowned Czech architect Antonín Holeček. The building is currently being carefully reconstructed, with special attention to preserve its original character. Not only the apartments, but also the common areas will be reminiscent of the lofty atmosphere of a typical Vinohrady apartment house.
Once completed, the Italská 8 Residence will consist of 25 apartments, most of which will have one-bedroom layouts and floor areas from 54 to 65 sq. m. The largest unit, a two-bedroom attic apartment, will have a spacious 120 sq. m. floor area and an interior connected to a terrace. The apartments that face a peaceful courtyard will have loggias; units on the lowest floor will come with private terraces. The apartments facing Italská Street offer views of verdant trees, while those on the building’s higher floors overlook the beautiful neighboring houses. Potential residents may select between three standards of completion: Modern Black, Modern White, or Vintage. All of the units will be equipped with wooden oak floors, wooden casement windows, and large-format Graniti ceramic tiles and Grohe and Laufen sanitary ware in the bathrooms.
The Italská 8 Residence benefits from its location close to náměstí Míru Square. Královské Vinohrady is a sought-after residential area that is close to the city center, yet boasts a pleasant neighborly atmosphere and an abundance of greenery. Many popular cafes, bistros, and restaurants are close-by, as is the Na Vinohradech Theater or the National Museum.
