Pálavská Brána: Four Houses Remain for Sale

“Approximately half of the clients who have inquired about the houses in the Pálavská brána project live farther away, for example in Mladá Boleslav, Lanškroun, Jindřichův Hradec, or Plzeň. More than ever before, buyers are seeing this kind of property as an opportunity to purchase a second home in the countryside so that they can enjoy peace, quiet, and fresh air, and take a break from the busy tempo of city life,” says Lenka Kjučukovová, Property Consultant at Svoboda & Williams’ Brno branch.

The Pálavská brána residential project is an architecturally compact complex consisting of fifteen single-story houses with private rooftop terraces that provide far-reaching views of the omnipresent vineyards and the Pálava Hills. The houses will come in two-bedroom layouts and a floor area of 84 sq. m., with interiors connected to the garden. In March, their facades were insulated and work on the interior installations and plastering is almost finished. The insulation of the roofs began in early spring.

The planned completion of the project is expected in the third quarter of this year.
