Czech pharmaceutical company Heaton is moving its headquarters to the modern Pankrác Prime building. The new lease was mediated by Svoboda & Williams’ commercial leasing team.
Heaton was founded in 2000 and currently operates in the Czech, Slovak, German, and Romanian pharmaceutical markets. Due to the company’s rapid expansion in the last several years, Heaton’s management began looking for premises that would better correspond to the current trends in the real estate market and would also reflect Heaton’s core business. “We had been planning to move to new premises for several years now, but the coronavirus situation delayed us a bit. We see the move as a new source of inspiration and believe that the new space will make our colleagues’ work days easier and more comfortable,” says Natálie Kazíková, Business Development Director at Heaton.
All of Heaton’s required parameters were met by the office space located on the fifth floor of the Pankrác Prime building, which was built by the Velska developer according to the designs of the Mimolimit studio led by architect and designer Barbora Škorpilová. Offering a total of 7,527 sq. m. of office space, the seven-story building boasts an impressive and distinctive exterior and interior, as well as an elegant entrance hall made of stone, concrete, and metal. “In addition to the modern facilities, the tenants were also very happy with the location. The building is situated in the business zone near the Pražského povstání metro station, which is only a short walk from the company’s original headquarters. This played an important role in the transaction process,” adds Sylva Turinská from Svoboda & Williams.
