Housing by the Hvězda Game Reserve Receives Final Approval

The passive, energy-efficient U Hvězdy Residence consists of 15 apartments with layouts ranging from studios to three-bedrooms and floor areas from 43 to 139 sq. m. The units on the first floor will be extended by front gardens and those on the two higher levels come with a terrace. “The residence was conceived as boutique housing and is therefore ideally suited for families. However, even those without children will appreciate having access to a private garden that is directly adjacent to the Hvězda Game Reserve, with the Divoká Šárka and Ladronka parks within walking distance. Moreover, the project is also extremely economical, and so guarantees low operating costs and a high level of comfort,” adds Magdalena Svatková, whose team is responsible for the sale of the units within the project.
