Building Work on the Dva Domy Project Has Now Reached the Third Floor

“It’s very important for us that construction of the Dva domy project is on schedule. Right now, we are pouring the concrete walls of the third above-ground floor, while at the same time installing the technical structure,” says Jan Ludvík, managing partner of Karlín Group, the company that is behind the successful project.

The Dva domy building is the last piece in the mosaic that is Karlín Group’s portfolio of projects, which have gradually transformed Karlín into a progressive, vibrant district full of architectural landmarks. Following the example of the company’s previous buildings, Dva domy was designed by the renowned Bevk Perović Arhitekti studio. Thanks to the boulevard that will connect Křižíkova and Pernerova streets, the project will have a neighborhood planning dimension.

The two commercial premises will have large-format display windows that will connect them to Křižíkova Street and a newly emerging park will be accessible from their south-facing side. The planned date of completion is in fall 2022.
