Champion Bet approached the Svoboda & Williams real estate company with a request to find office space for long-term lease for approximately 30 people that would cover 400 sq. m. “Due to the time savings, the client also decided to consider office space with fit out included. We therefore suggested the completed attractive offices in the Visionary building in Prague 7, where practically three floors are dedicated to flexible offices, now operated by Scott & Weber,” explains Petra Schinkmannová from the Svoboda & Williams commercial leasing team. Champion Bet leased a total of 12 furnished offices in the Visionary building.

Similarly, the software company AMI Praha was open to looking for suitable office space among long-term lease listings as well as among flexible office ones.
