Svoboda & Williams Successfully Negotiated the Lease of 1,248 Sq. M. in Via Una for the Vestar Group

The exclusive premises with a spacious terrace offering rare views of Old Town and the Powder Gate, which stands in close proximity to Via Una, will be used by the management of Vestar Group. The company is one of the major players in the entertainment and hotel business in the Czech Republic. According to Petra Schinkmannová, consultant at Svoboda & Williams, the negotiations began in the fall of 2021. “The tenant’s foreign architects were actively involved in the process and will complete Vestar Group’s headquarters to a high standard,“ says Schinkmannová.

The landlord of Via Una is the company S+B Plan & BPrag spol. s r.o., a subsidiary of the multinational holding company SS+B Gruppe AG, which specializes in comprehensive development in Central and Eastern Europe. One of its flagship projects in Prague is currently the costly and meticulous reconstruction of the former seat of Komerční banka on Prague’s Na Příkopě Street, turning it into the premium Via Una office and commercial building. “All of the complex technical requirements for office and commercial space are offered in the building with the added value of its location in the historic part of Prague,“ says Hana Scholzová, director of leasing for the company. 

Svoboda & Williams currently offers a total of 9,000 sq. m. of office and commercial space for lease in Via Una.
