The list of tenants of the Revoluční 3 office building from the portfolio of VIG FUND, a.s. now includes Shoe Republic, which opened a new multi-brand store on the ground floor.
Shoe Republic, a Czech-owned family company with an almost 30-year history, brings quality brands of fashionable footwear to the local market. In March, the company opened a new flagship store with an area of 328.5 m² on the ground floor of the Revoluční 3 office building. "For many years, the client had its flagship store in the Kotva department store, but due to the planned reconstruction of this acclaimed Brutalist building, the company needed to look for a suitable elegant space in the immediate vicinity," says Sylva Turinská, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams, who represented the landlord in the transaction. "The company owner appreciated, among other things, the appropriate layout of the space, the large shop windows, and having an entrance to the store not only from Revoluční Street, but also from the building's arcade," she adds.
In Revoluční 1 and 3, there is currently 2,601 m² of office and retail space available, which is always completely renovated before each new tenant moves in. The four vacant floors offer flexible layout solutions, making it possible to create generous open space premises or divide the space into separate offices. "In both buildings from the 1930s, we have recently completely renovated the reception areas, replaced the technology and sanitary facilities in the newly occupied units, and are returning replicas of the original casement windows to the buildings," says Barbora Nosková, senior asset manager at VIG FUND, a.s. The buildings have also been designated BREEAM In-Use, the most widely awarded certification in the field of energy-efficient and sustainable buildings.
Svoboda & Williams' exclusive agreement with VIG FUND, a.s. was signed over 6 years ago. "We welcome this long-term cooperation with a client who constantly invests in the buildings it owns, improves their appearance, user comforts, and makes their original styles shine through. Last year, we managed to lease the last vacant commercial unit in Havlíčkova Plaza, another building from the VIG portfolio, which is now 100% occupied. In addition, we have signed three new contracts with future tenants in Revoluční 1 and 3," adds Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of commercial leasing at Svoboda &Williams.
