Toyota Dolák Acquired New Headquarters in České Budějovice

TOYOTA Dolák is the only authorized dealer of the Toyota automobile manufacturer in the South Bohemian and Plzeň regions. With six branches, it’s the largest authorized partner of this Japanese company in the Czech Republic. Its almost 200 employees negotiated over 41,000 service transactions and signed orders for over 2,400 new vehicles.

The new showroom in VGP Park offers customers 3,280 m² of comfortable spaces for buying and servicing cars. The Park, which will be finished by the end of the year, is emerging in an industrial zone 3 km from the center of České Budějovice. It will have a total available area of 130,000 m² with direct access from the D3 highway, which connects Prague to Linz.

“The client’s main motivation was to create a modern and complete showroom with everything under one roof,” says Jiří Čadek, senior logistics and industrial consultant at Svoboda & Williams. “Next to TOYOTA Dolák’s showroom in VGP Park, there will be a car servicing area and a spare parts warehouse. Having all their commercial activities this close to each other ensures a smooth operation and good framework for development,” he adds.

“After 18 years in the same space, we wanted our customers to enjoy more modern and larger premises when they come to us to buy cars or bring them in for servicing in České Budějovice. VGP Park met all of our needs and we can’t wait to open our new showroom in the first quarter of next year,” says Milan Dolák, co-owner of the company.

VGP is the Europe-wide owner, manager, and developer of premium logistics and semi-industrial properties. The company was founded in 1998 as a Belgian family business. Today, it has roughly 368 employees and manages VGP assets in 17 European countries.

This year, TOYOTA Dolák celebrated its 25-year anniversary. It has been the exclusive dealer of Toyota cars in České Budějovice since 2006.
