“The office space on the highest floor of Patria West Offices will be available on June 1st, 2025. Now that the previous tenant has moved out, we’re fitting the space out so that the new tenant can save money. The Patria West Offices administrative building boasts a popular address in Stodůlky, right by a metro B line station. Tenants can enjoy not only elegant office space on the highest floor, but also excellent amenities and a broad range of services. There is a 24/7 central reception and security, a glazed ground floor with restaurants and shops, and an underground garage with 426 parking spaces in the building and a charging station for electric vehicles is in the immediate vicinity. We, too, believe that our carbon footprint is our calling card. Since 2019, we’ve managed to reduce it by 18%. BREEAM certification is a validation of all our actions to date and our intention to continue in these efforts,” explains Miroslava Popelková, head of property management at Patria Investments.

In addition to sustainability, location also plays a significant role in the selection of office space. “From Patria West Offices you can be in the center of Prague in 20 minutes by metro, the Václav Havel in a few minutes by car or public transport, and it’s very practical to have easy access to the Prague Ring Road and D5 highway. Thanks to our location in Stodůlky, we’re able to attract out-of-Prague tenants, especially to West Flexi Offices’ shared offices with flexible lease terms, which are also part of the building,” adds Turinská.
