“The office space on the highest floor of Patria West Offices will be available on July 1st, 2025. Now that the previous tenant has moved out, we’re fitting the space out so that the new tenant can save money. The high-quality, spacious premises can be adjusted to suit their specific needs,” says Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of office leasing at Svoboda & Williams. 

The Patria West Offices administrative building boasts a popular address in Stodůlky, right by a metro B line station. BREEAM certification is a validation of all our actions to date and our intention to continue in these efforts,” explains Miroslava Popelková, head of property management at Patria Investments.
