Proceeds From SVOBODA & WILLIAMS CUP 2024 Totalling CZK 589,400 Again Went to the Tereza Maxová Founation

Just like every year, 12 teams representing important real estate businesses met to play futsal. Today, the teams competing were from Accolade, CBRE, Colliers, CPI Property Group, Crestyl, CTP, Cushman & Wakefield, FTMO, iO Partners, Savills, Svoboda & Williams, and Trigema. 

CTP's team was the one to raise the cup over their heads this time. In the thrilling final game, they won x:x against the FTMO silver medalists. Svoboda & Williams' team came in third. The best player of the tournament was rightly deemed to be Karel Schneider from from FTMO, and the best goalie Miloš Petr from Trigema.

All of the proceeds raised during the tournament will go to the Tereza Maxová Foundation, which has been helping vulnerable and abandoned children since 1997, allowing each of them to be raised in a loving family. "Thanks to the voluntary contributions from all of the participating companies, the gift from Panattoni, ticket sales for the charity raffle, the main prize of which were two tickets to EUROBASKET WOMEN 2025 (European Women's Basketball Championship in Brno), and the auction on the DOBROBOT platform, we managed to raise a respectable CZK 589,400 for children in need," says Jaroslav Waldhauser, head of commercial leasing at Svoboda & Williams. "Due to it being the 10th anniversary of the competition, we decided to support the Foundation even more and so we came up with the idea of the charity auction on DOBROBOT. People bid on two original prints from the workshop of the painter and sculptor FRANTA (whose real name is František Mertl) and two signed SK Slavia Praha and AC Sparta Praha jerseys," he adds.

The traditional yearly futsal tournament organized by Svoboda & Williams is a pleasant event for the whole family. Something fun, but also about charity. And this year was no exception. Babysitting for the youngest fans was provided by the Kampa Community Center and excellent refreshments by Prague Catering. Prizes for the raffle were kindly donated by many of our partners: Bistro Antonio Sandev, BOBOVÁ DRÁHA PROSEK, CARLO IV Wellness & Spa, EUROBASKET WOMEN 2025, Hotel Pivoňka, IK drinks, AUTENTISTA, Masarykova N°30 Apartments, The Monkey Bar, MOOQ, Pivovar Cvikov, Pivovar ČESTMÍR, QUEENS, REVOLUTION RIDE, Vermont, Warehouse # 1, You & Me, and the Dobříš Chateau.

We'd also like to thank Czech Sport Media for their handling of the sports side of the tournament and the Řepy sports center for once again providing a great space to play and the right conditions to make the event a success.
