Prokop Svoboda, Managing Partner of the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency, has been interviewed by the E15 daily newspaper. In the course of the interview he discussed the current situation in the real estate market as well as the wide scope of his activities and interests both within and outside the field of real estate.
Svoboda has, among other things, emphasized the increasing importance of marketing in the real estate business. “Among the established agencies, the client service is now more or less on the same level. The significance of marketing is all the more growing,” said the co-owner of Svoboda & Williams and added, perhaps somewhat hyperbolically: “Sometimes I ask myself if we are more a real estate agency or rather a marketing agency.”
Svoboda encourages investors to pay attention to industrial properties. “In the market, which is beginning to get a bit overheated, I consider the industrial segment to be one of the last healthy ones,” said Svoboda, among other things.
