A New Internet Portal About Czech Law

eLaw.cz is a neatly designed and clearly written website offering legal advice concerning various areas of Czech as well as international law such as civil law, commercial law, EU law, penal law and much more. Each section contains multiple articles concerning the most common legal problems and questions. The articles, although written by legal experts, are instructive, easily readable and can be evaluated and commented on by the users of the portal. The portal features regular contributions from legal advisors, law students and academics whose views of various legal disciplines and pressing questions can surely benefit every reader who deals with legal issues either passively or actively.

The portal also includes a news section, which summarizes the most important current changes and updating of the legal system in the Czech Republic as well as a useful "How To Do It" section offering advice for those who want to start a business in the CR. The portal also includes links that anyone dealing with legal issues in the CR might find important and useful.

eLaw.cz does not have a full English version so far, however, some of the published articles are in English and since the whole project is brand new, many more helpful articles in English are to be expected.
