Svoboda & Williams to Exclusively Offer Offices for Lease in the Riveroff Office House in Holešovice

Riveroff Office House is part of the Rivera project, which is being developed by GEONE Real Estate on the site of the former Prefa cement works. The location is bordered by the Trojský Bridge, the Barikádníků Bridge, Holešovice train station, and the Vltava River. The project will also include the construction of a four star hotel with 221 rooms and the conversion of a former industrial hall into studios. Skanska Property, which owns a large portion of the complex, will also build a complex of primarily administrative-use buildings as part of the Port7 project. The new multifunctional 5.1 ha “campus” will feature restaurants, cafes, a school, a marina with a restaurant boat, a conference center, and anchorage for small boats and houseboats, as well as a water taxi stop. Rest and relaxation opportunities and spaces will be provided by a spa center with swimming pools and Sauna World, the plentiful greenery all around, or the bike path along the river that connects Holešovice with the recently revitalized Stromovka Park. The complex is located just steps from the Nádraží Holešovice metro station and will be connected to it via an underpass. The train and bus station is only a few steps away, and Blanka Tunnel and Argentinská Street are easily reached by car.

Riveroff Office House will be the result of a completely renovated administrative building from 1971 and will consist of 1,446 m2 of fully equipped high-end offices with views of the river, the surrounding greenery, and the technologically unique Trojský Bridge. The building will consist of a ground floor with a showroom (1,018 m2 in total) as well as a four-story tower (474 m2). It includes two rooftop terraces with green spaces, a terrace with a bar, and 21 parking spaces. The interiors will be fitted with daylight sensors to help control the lighting system, an air humidification and heat recovery systems, and LED lighting.
