Open House Held in the New Hilleho 6 Residential Project in Brno

The Hilleho 6 residence consists of 17 one-bedroom to three-bedroom units with layouts ranging from 49 to 172 sq. m. The apartments are offered for sale in a high standard finished state, and most have a balcony or a terrace. The building is being refurbished under the supervision of the A77 Architects studio, whose goal was to return the Neo-Renaissance apartment building, designed by František Alois Dvořák, to its original beautiful state, and design the interiors according to current trends. The residence sits on a quiet tree-lined street, opposite a park on náměstí 28. října square. Lužánky, Brno’s largest park, is located only 300 meters from the building, and its residents will have the opportunity to walk to the legendary Functionalist Villa Tugendhat in only 10 minutes.
