The Svoboda & Williams real estate agency was exclusively retained to provide marketing and management services for the myhive Flexi Offices project, which will offer serviced offices with a reception, coworking options, flexible lease terms, and other services. The offices will be located on the first floor of the Pankrác House building, in one of the most sought-after business districts in Prague.
The myhive Flexi Offices serviced offices will be situated in the Pankrác House building directly across the street from the Pražského povstání metro station, only three stops from the Muzeum metro station. The offices will be easily accessible from the center of Prague as well as by car from the exit of the D1 highway. The complex will also include a restaurant, a spacious lobby connected to a café, a 24-hour reception, conference rooms, garages, and a gym that is free for myhive members. Regular networking events and conferences that tenants can take part in are held in the building.
The myhive Flexi Offices project is being built on the first floor of the building and has a total floor area of 1,547 m2, which will be divided into 36 fully equipped offices ranging in layouts from 10 to 50 m2, and 160 m2 of coworking space. It will offer three types of office space for lease: private offices, coworking space, and conference rooms. Building amenities will include a reception, two kitchenettes, and a lobby for meetings with clients. The project offers flexibility in terms of the layouts and lease terms, which can be long-term as well as short-term. Prospective tenants will thus be able to lease exactly the right type of space for their business needs.
