Svoboda & Williams Has Been Exclusively Retained to Mediate the Sale of Lofts in the Belveder Top Residence Building

The apartments in the Belveder Top Residence are unique not only for their location on the corner of Erbenova and Drobného streets, which are lined with lovely villas and surrounded by important historical landmarks and Brno’s most popular parks, but also for the building’s special history, which goes back to the early 20th century when it was designed by builder František Pawlu. Constructed in a Neo-Baroque style, the building was recently carefully reconstructed, preserving its original architectural elements.

The project consists of 17 apartments with layouts from studios to three-bedrooms, and floor areas from 60 sq. m. to 130 sq. m. An underground garage is planned to be built right by the building. The apartments will be sold in a state that has been completed to a high standard, which includes high quality surfaces, equipment, air conditioning, a smart home system, and a heat recovery unit. The apartments will be designed to complement the building’s history as well as to conform to the highest contemporary urban living demands.

The planned completion of the Belveder Top Residence apartments is in the fall of 2021.
