Svoboda & Williams Enters Brno Real Estate Market

The newly opened branch, situated in the historical center of Brno at Biskupska 8 will enable the Svoboda & Williams real estate agency, which has so far focused chiefly on the Prague real estate market, to extend and use its rich experience, knowledge and contacts in another area of the Czech Republic. The head of the new Svoboda & Williams branch is Martin Pago, a Brno native, who takes care of maintaining and developing relations with the agency's existing clients, mainly commercial property landlords, but also of attracting new clients in both the commercial and the residential sector.

Among the first successes of the Brno branch is receiving the leading mandate for mediating commercial space leasing in the Campus Science Park new-generation administrative complex. Svoboda & Williams's offer is complete with, among others, offices for lease at the BBP Offices complex or offices for sale and lease at the AZ Tower, both located in the vicinity of Brno's city center.

When it comes to residential real estate it is worth noting that Svoboda & Williams received a co-exclusive mandate for selling premium apartments in the Biskupska 8 Residence, situated at a prestigious location in the Brno historical center, next to the Denisovy sady park and the Cathedral of St. Peter and St. Paul.
