As the weather gets warmer, outdoor construction work on this unique residential project has accelerated in order to achieve the complete reconstruction of this historical building on the main square of a picturesque town in Šumava. Half of its 18 apartments have already been sold.
The sensitive restoration of this former inn in order to restore its lost value not only in terms of the building, but also in terms of the surrounding area, began this summer. Thanks to the architects' thoughtful approach, the Bílá Růže Residence offers units in various sizes—smaller studios from 36 m2, perfect as a cozy weekend getaway, to sprawling duplexes with a floor area of 119 m2, ideally suited as a primary home.
The combination of the beautiful Šumava landscape and the lively atmosphere of an ancient mountain town makes Kašperské Hory a unique place. "Buyers usually know the location very well. The project appeals to them due to its high quality and distinctive atmosphere. Among the listings of recreational properties in Šumava, most of which are brand-new buildings, Bílá Růže stands out for its unique history," says Linda Martynková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
During the reconstruction process, the investor paid special attention to the preservation of original elements and distinctive details that give the individual apartments a unique atmosphere. They also come with their own cellar storage unit and parking space just 250 meters from the building with a preparation for an electric car charging station. Residents' comfort will be enhanced by a café with a roastery and bakery on the ground floor of Bílá Růže. "So far, the reconstruction is continuing as planned and the owners will be able to move into their new apartments in the second quarter of next year at the latest," promises Linda Martynková.
