The MASTER DESIGN company was established in 2010 by Michal Janáč and Jan Jadrníček, both of whom were fresh graduates from engineering school at that time, and has operated ever since. Janáč and Jadrníček begun to operate in the field of architecture together, two years before the founding of the studio. Their prime goal back then was to design small standardized houses for young people with rather small budgets. However, typified houses turned into more individual and greater projects quite quickly. Thanks to a passionate attitude towards architecture, hours of hard work and constant development of their own skills, Janáč and Jadrníček hired their first employees and expanded the Ostrava-based studio in 2010. Today, the MASTER DESIGN studio boasts more than 200 implemented buildings both in the Czech Republic and abroad, plus three more branches in Prague and Brno. The MASTER DESIGN studio consists of an excellent working team of architects, engineers, graphic designers and technologists, together designing and implementing modern buildings and interiors. Unlike other studios, MASTER DESIGN puts emphasis on a close cooperation of the whole team. Thanks to that, the studio is able to produce many possible solutions and, after a consultation with the client, choose the best one, which will surprise you and, at the same time, meet all your wishes. The complex services of the studio can be divided into 9 phases: in the first place, there is a opening meeting, during which you will be given the space to express your ideas, expectations and financial possibilities. Secondly, the MASTER DESIGN team will find you the perfect plot, specify the building's features and present a concrete price offer. After that, the studio elaborates architectural studies, turn your requirements into a functional and original design, provides you with photorealistic visualizations and an interior study. After the next phase, the project preparation, obtaining a building permit and other administration, the construction itself finally begins, which can be carried out by the MASTER DESIGN company or an external company (under supervision).
